As the founder of M O Coaching Solutions, I bring a unique blend of life wisdom, professional expertise, and proven strategies to help women reclaim peace, balance, and clarity. I am a Board-Certified Coach with an MA in Psychological Counseling, an advanced graduate certification in Mental Health Counseling, and over two decades of experience as a counselor in education. I’m also certified as a Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher and an Empowerment Workshop Trainer.

Throughout my career, I have guided women through life’s challenges -stress, anxiety, transitions, and uncertainty-helping them shift from surviving to thriving. My approach blends neuroscience, mindfulness practices, and guided journaling to create lasting transformation. I have also facilitated healing groups for women who have experienced abusive relationships, empowering them to rediscover inner strength, rebuild resilience, and move forward with confidence.
